The topic will be on "Perspective on Indian Power Sector".

The presentation will be made by Steve Durose, Senior Director and Head of Energy & Utilities, Asia-Pacific, Fitch Ratings.

The focus of the event is to present Fitch's perspective on
1. Renewables - Developments in the Indian renewable purchase order mechanism and an overview of the proposed ‘Renewable Energy Certificates’ scheme.
2. Fuel Supply risk for power generation companies and steps being taken to address the issue. Continuing importance of coal as a fuel to the Indian power sector and the trend for power sector companies to buy coal assets.
3. Credit outlook - Broad macroeconomic and industry trends which affect various credits in the sector will be discussed.
4. Regulatory Framework - How Fitch views the regulatory framework in Power sector and will also opine on how it stands vis-a-vis other geographies.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive session between the Investors and Fitch Analysts and a Hi Tea
